Through a hybrid model of in-person and online learning, we deliver personalized coaching that supports each student’s unique journey. We aim not only to help students succeed in their studies, but also to cultivate the mindset and skills needed to thrive in a dynamic world.

Founder
Cheryl YU
Cheryl is a seasoned leader in the education industry with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and excellence. She previously served as a core executive at a leading Chinese education company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, where she led a nationwide team operating 90 learning centers and delivering high-quality, personalized educational services to over 20,000 families annually.
Cheryl also served as Vice President of a prominent undergraduate university in China, where she and her team pioneered the country’s first “Laptop University” — a groundbreaking model that integrated digital technology into every aspect of campus learning.
She holds degrees from Harvard Business School and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM Paris) in France. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Cheryl also serves as Vice Chair of the China Committee for Family Education, reflecting her commitment to supporting holistic development at home and in school.
After immigrating to Canada, Cheryl founded EY Masters Academy in 2023 with a vision to bring her global perspective and learner-first philosophy to a new generation of students. Through EY Masters, she continues her mission to empower young elites with personalized learning experiences that inspire success and serve the greater community.
